Here’s what we got up to at lunchtime today at Ōtaki Kura! Here you can see
technological development in action - an essential part of the curriculum for
our tamariki in this changing world. Ideas being shared and developed!
Our mātāpono are alive in these tamariki also.
Whakapapa - some of the things created are made over several
sessions, with ideas being developed each time.
Whānaungatanga - Tuākana, teina relationships in action.
Kaitiakitanga - giving materials that would have been thrown away a second lease of life.
Looking after these materials to ensure we have them a long time to use in our play.
Manaakitanga - taking turns, negotiating, helping each other to move things.
